Tiffany Grant was born and raised in Chicago, IL and it is there that she gained the skills that positioned her for leadership. At an early age, Tiffany realized her love for sports, particularly basketball. Throughout high school she played on the Kenwood Academy Girls Basketball Team. Through this experience, Tiffany was able to develop her sense of community and discipline. Tiffany has worked within numerous industries spanning both the for-profit and nonprofit sectors. These opportunities gave her a unique insight in leading teams of diverse social, economic, and educational backgrounds. Her drive to see students excel academically and socially is the motivating factor in her everyday work with S.T.A.R.S.
